Acceptance of these terms
By visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, or receiving care from The Renaissance Health Collective, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
We may revise these terms from time to time as the practice grows. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
No medical advice
The written material on this site — including the Journal, service descriptions and educational writing on the spine, the nervous system and recovery — is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, it does not create a doctor–patient relationship, and it is not a substitute for individual examination, diagnosis or treatment by a licensed clinician.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read here. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or attend the nearest emergency department immediately.
Care, consent and results
All chiropractic care is delivered by a licensed doctor of chiropractic and begins with a private consultation, history and examination. Informed consent is obtained before any adjustment, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue work or corrective programme begins, and may be withdrawn by you at any time.
Chiropractic care, like all healthcare, carries risk and no outcome can be guaranteed. Patient accounts published on this site describe individual experiences; results vary with condition, history, adherence and time.
Appointments, cancellation and access
The practice is concierge and operates strictly by appointment only. Sessions are reserved for a single patient and held for the full time booked. We ask for at least twenty-four hours' notice to cancel or move an appointment; late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged in full.
Service areas, travel time and appointment windows are confirmed in writing before your first visit. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue care where it would not be clinically appropriate or safe.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted in United States dollars and confirmed before care begins. The practice is presently private-pay; we are happy to provide an itemised superbill for submission to your insurer or health savings account, though reimbursement is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The name The Renaissance Health Collective, the crest, the written material, photography and design of this site are owned by the practice and may not be reproduced, republished or used commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the practice is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Questions may be sent to hello@renaissancehealthco.com and will be answered directly by the practice.
