An adjustment is a specific force applied to a joint that is not moving well. It is used for restriction, including some disc-related pain, and it is withheld when the history says it should be — bone infection, a progressive neurological loss, a fracture that has not been cleared, or a vascular symptom that belongs in an emergency department. Cupping and instrument-assisted work address muscle and fascia. They are not a substitute for the examination, and they are not applied over skin that is broken, infected, or insensate.
People who write usually have desk-related neck or low-back pain, a training injury, a pregnancy in which getting to an office has become its own project, or no pain at all and a wish to keep moving. None of those is a promise of a result. The honest offer is an unhurried examination and a plan that says what will be treated, what will not, and what should be sent elsewhere.
Dry needling is not offered yet. It is named on the services reel only as work still being added, and it will not be used until it is actually part of care.

Fees and insurance
The fee is quoted before the visit is reserved.
Care is cash-pay. The practice does not bill health insurance, Medicare, or any other third party, and it does not take assignment. You are told the fee for the visit you are booking before that time is held. A package, when one is written, is priced the same way — in the reply, not at the door.
There is no published rate card on this site because the first visit is an examination, and the visit after that depends on what the examination finds. Ask for the number when you inquire. Monday to Friday, by appointment only. Miami and the surrounding coast.
