What we hold, and how it is kept.

Discretion is part of the service. We collect the least information necessary to answer you and to care for you, we do not sell it, and we do not trade it to advertisers.

When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, city, preferred appointment window and a short description of what you would like attended to. When you submit a review we collect your name and, if you offer them, your city and the concern treated.

Please do not send detailed medical history, diagnoses, imaging or insurance identifiers through the website form. Clinical information is gathered directly and privately at your consultation, not through this site.

Like most websites, ours records basic technical data such as browser type, device, approximate region and pages viewed, so that we can keep the site secure, fast and legible on every screen. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.

To reply to your inquiry, arrange and confirm appointments, provide and improve care, publish approved reviews, meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations, and — only if you have asked for it — send occasional writing from the practice. You may opt out of any correspondence at any time.

Health information created in the course of your care is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with applicable state and federal law, including HIPAA where it applies. It is disclosed only with your written authorisation, or where the law requires it.

We use a small number of trusted providers to host the website, deliver email and store inquiry records. They are permitted to process information only on our instructions. We otherwise share nothing with third parties for their own marketing.

Inquiry and review records are retained only as long as necessary for the purpose collected or as required by law, then deleted. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access is restricted to the practice.

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to any record-keeping duty we owe as a healthcare provider. Write to hello@renaissancehealthco.com and we will answer promptly.

The website is not directed to children under thirteen and we do not knowingly collect their information through it. Care for minors is arranged directly with a parent or guardian.
